Rulemaking Overview - Supreme Court

The Supreme Court follows an annual rulemaking cycle that is governed by Rule 23-106.1 NMRA and Rule 23-106.2 NMRA. The Court has various standing committees, which are listed under Rule 23-106 NMRA, who assist the Court with its rulemaking function.

To receive an email alert when the Court approves new rule amendments or publishes proposed rule amendments for comment, you may subscribe to the Court’s email Listserv.
