Overview

The Supreme Court appoints members to over 40 committees, boards, and commissions that assist the Court with its extensive rule making function and superintending control responsibilities over the bench and bar.

Appointed members generally serve up to two three-year terms. The Court’s committees, boards, and commissions are comprised of volunteers from the bench, bar, and general public, and the Court is very grateful for their willingness to contribute their time and talent to enhance the effective administration of justice throughout New Mexico. To see a complete listing of all of the Court’s committees, boards, and commissions and their membership rosters, please view the Committee Rosters section below.
