Any requests to photograph or video record a Court proceeding must be submitted to the Clerk of Court at least 24 hours in advance. Requests for a live broadcast of a Court proceeding must be submitted to the Clerk of Court at least one week in advance.
Only one video camera will be allowed in the courtroom at one time. Permission will be granted on a first-come first-served basis, and press pooling may be required. Any still photography must be taken without a flash from a seated and stationary position. Please see Rule 23-107 NMRA for more information. Any requests for interviews or public statements must be submitted to the Chief Public Information Officer at the Administrative Office of the Court.
