Request Copies, Certifications, and Others Documents

Case files and other court documents may be inspected at the clerk’s office.

The Supreme Court Clerk serves as the official custodian of records for the Supreme Court of New Mexico in accordance with the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA). Under IPRA, every person has the right to inspect public records of the Supreme Court. Compliance with requests to inspect public records is an integral part of the duties of the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office. Court documents may be inspected at the Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

Copies of court documents may be purchased for $0.15 per page at the Clerk’s Office. Copies of oral argument recordings may be purchased for $1.00 per CD.
