Where can I file documents?
All pleadings must be filed with the Supreme Court Clerk's Office in Santa Fe. Attorneys are required to file pleadings electronically. Self-represented litigants may file their pleadings in person or by mail.
How can I get copies of documents in the Court’s file?
Copies of public record documents are available for a copying fee of $0.15 per page. When requesting copies, have the case name and/or docket number to expedite your request.
What is the docket fee?
The docket fee is set by State statute and is currently $125.00.
